Join us as we run amok in the land of fire and ice! The Glitnir Reykjavik Marathon is a small, friendly and well-organized race. Although we are a few months late for the midnight sun, we still enjoy mild weather and a sun that doesn’t set until after 10 pm. If you don’t feel ready to run a full marathon, Reykjavik also offers a half marathon, a 10K, and a troll stroll for the kids. A combination of urban and rural settings, the country’s natural beauty, and the friendliness of the Icelandic people makes this a marathon to remember.
